Custom Design

The custom design process begins with a personal consultation with Master Designer Kay Frances.

During this consultation, you will discuss the design of the jewelry and the materials. From this discussion, a sketch of the piece is developed. The next step is to carve a wax model of the design.

Now, the piece is ready to be cast and stones set. We specialize in white and yellow gold and platinum.

Re-Purpose

Find treasures hidden away in your dresser drawer or your jewelry box; heirlooms past down; some out of date and style and bring them back to life. Diamond and precious stones, gold chain and rings can be used as an offset for a new project.

Kay Frances designs respects the frontier spirit in re-purposing. Family treasures kept but not worn, have potential to become a newly made piece of art from materials of the family’s past.

Repair

We offer a wide range of repair services including re-tipping; resizing; chain and bracelet repair; stone replacement and tightening; broken, cracked and new shanks; inlay replacement of turquoise, opal, onyx etc.; pearl and necklace restringing; and cleaning.

We offer insurance appraisals and our professional opinion. By appointment only.
